The project saw this collaboration of professionals replace the existing house which originally lay in front of the new building footprint. Synergy Building Design Limited were appointed to undertake the structural design of the property.

Architects, Bailey Design Ltd in Tamworth provided a design solution and Synergy Building Design Limited developed a structural solution. Synergy Building Design Limited devised a steel framed structure solution. The resulting construction contained extensive glazing to the front and side elevations.

Beverley Hall Court provides mixed use accomadtion as part of the refurbishment of this Grade II listed building in the Jewellery Quarter. Working with One Property Group, Synergy Building Design Limited have collaborated with the builders to work on two adjoining sites in this historical area of Birmingham, located within walking distance of the city centre.

Working closely with R and R Architects in Tamworth, Synergy Building Design Limited helped create a more open plan styled bar and lounge area. Following a major internal overhaul during the pub’s refurbishment, Synergy were responsible for a number of design solutions.
