Beverley Hall Court provides mixed use accommodation as part of the refurbishment of this Grade II listed building in the Jewellery Quarter. Working with One Property Group, Synergy Building Design Limited have collaborated with the builders to work on two adjoining sites in this historical area of Birmingham, located within walking distance of the city centre. In order to best meet the client’s needs, the project consisted of two phases:
During the phase 1 period, the Grade II listed workshop and outbuildings were converted into three contemporary warehouse style townhouses along with a two-storey commercial office space. Each property has been individually designed to provide unique accommodation around a central block paved courtyard accessed via electronic gates to secure parking. During this phase, Synergy Building Design Limited provided crucial structural advice and solutions to ensure the Grade II listed buildings maintained their stability both throughout and post construction.
The second phase of the project includes six 3 storey townhouses, two large duplex apartments and 3,000 sq ft of office space around a central courtyard; all of which are new build works. The development compliments its surroundings and again, provides warehouse style living. Working closely with One Property Group, Synergy Building Design Limited provided the structural advice and solutions to ensure a successful execution of the conversion in phase two.
